What's Included

Thank you for looking at our web site.  We hope that the suggested menus, which can be
personalised in any way, will be of interest.

The prices all include cutlery, crockery, chefs to serve, waitress staff and good quality disposable white napkins.  Tablecloths are charged at £6-00 per cloth for linen, or disposable banquet roll is F.O.C. Prices are based on a minimum of 40 guests.

Our wines and beverages are supplied by Shepherd Neame Ltd., and if purchased through us, we supply glasses and wine waiters free of charge. A full list of these services is available on request.

If you wish to provide your own wine and beverages and hire our glasses, the waiting staff will serve your arrival drink, open and place your table wine, and bring the champagne to the tables for your toast.

Our glasses are charged at 25p per glass to hire.

We are quite happy for you to provide your own wine, beverages and glasses and can provide wine waiters if required. Rates on request.

If you are choosing our spitroast/BBQ menus for your wedding/function, please note that these are served on a casual basis where guests are invited up to the buffet. If your event is to be more formal extra staff can be provided.

Our produce is sourced locally whenever possible, our meat is British, and our pigs are Free Range.  Organic produce can be used if you prefer, please ask for a quote.  

Should you decide to book our services, please complete the booking form and return it to us along with a non refundable deposit of £100-00 to secure your date. Six weeks before the function we shall ask for approximately 75% of the total amount owed. Final numbers are not required until 10 days before the function, at this point an invoice will be raised for the balance of the outstanding money owed.

All our prices are subject to VAT at the current rate of 17.5%.
