Blackbird Caterers have been doing Hog Roasts and spit roasts in Kent for over 15 years with locally sourced free range livestock. We pride ourselves on providing the best crackling and the most succulent pork you could ever wish for!

Our hog roast machines have a large glass window so you can see the whole cooking process, making it a real talking point at your function. We can use our Hog Roast machines inside or out at any time of the year, we just need a minimum of 30 inches access to your chosen venue. Should you wish to provide your own pig and cook it yourself you can hire our Spitroast machines.
