  • This is prepared and cooked on site in our massive 90cm ‘paelleras’.
  • Some of the ingredients include: chicken, chorizo sausage, mussels, squid, prawns, green beans, peppers, tomatoes, garlic, saffron, paella rice, and seasoning and garnished with sprigs of fresh rosemary and lime wedges, served with a selection of continental breads.
  • We can omit or add any of the ingredients to suit your requirements

  • These are made and cooked fresh on site in our specialist pizza oven. You can have either ‘thin and crispy’ or ‘deep pan’. At 9 inches in size they take just four and half minutes to cook! They are then cut into quarters and held under heat lamps ready to be eaten; ideal as an alternative evening buffet after a wedding.
  • Choose you favourite toppings from: Ham, Pineapple, Pepperami, Mushroom, Peppers, Sweet corn, Bacon, Kidney Beans, Olives, Spicy Chicken, Cherry Tomatoes, Tuna, Asparagus, Ground Chili Beef … Anything!
